3% Full Service Listing

If you still want to save on paying a 4% – 6% commission but do not want to do it all on your own through our flat fee service, then we can list and sell your home with a full service listing for only 3%. If you were considering this flat fee service, then you were probably going to offer 2% to the buyers’ agent. Why not have everything taken care for you for just 1% more?
